The Liberty House campus was specifically designed to provide a peaceful and tranquil safe haven, allowing each client to focus solely on their path to sustainable recovery. Clients are able to get through the first few days of subacute detox in a comfortable and safe environment with round-the-clock care provided by clinical and medical personnel. Liberty House founder Dr. Susan Abed set out to ensure that commitment to excellence was reflected in all aspects of service and treatment. Liberty House’s medical director and psychiatrist, Dr. Wisam Salman, M.D., has done extensive work in areas of community public health, substance abuse, mood disorder, depression, and schizophrenia.
