EATORI MARKET /// This stylish spot overlooking downtown鈥檚 Capitol Park combines two facets of dining: service and shopping. It鈥檚 a strong trend and Zak Yatim and business partner, Samer Ghafari, saw it coming. For those who prefer to dine in, the menu has such offerings as charcuterie and cheese, steamed mussels with leeks, garlic and chardonnay cream, fresh oysters, and a notable burger. International flourishes abound with such touches as truffle aioli for the burger and habanero umami paste for the oysters. It鈥檚 a menu that鈥檚 not easily categorized.
