The macrobiotic plate is my favorite: aduki beans and brown rice, arame, and kale. Yummy and so good for you.鈥 When she has a burger craving she heads for Redcoat Tavern. 鈥淢y daughter and I are health nuts, but we get the Piedmontese burger, because according to my daughter, who鈥檚 in med school, it鈥檚 the healthiest burger in town, and the only one she allows me to eat.鈥
