Two Birds serves up a rotating menu of seasonal drinks. This month, the West Village bar is sharing the recipe for its Blossom cocktail, a floral and flirty drink that features Two James Old Cockney Gin.
Two Birds’ Blossom Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
11/2 oz. Two James Old Cockney Gin
1 oz. Giffard Lichi-Li
½ oz. Mattei Cap Corse apéritif
½ oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
½ oz. basil simple syrup
Directions
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a double rocks glass with
a large ice cube. Garnish with a single basil leaf.
